iPod Touch as well as iPad first generation have been having troubles opening on first attempts. It will be resolved, if you have any issues with not being able to open the app we would love you to contact us directly so we can help remedy this problem as fast as possible. We have not been able to replicate this ourselves and need your help to find out what device(s) are having troubles. We are working to make sure everyone has equal opportunity for it to work as quick as possible but we cannot do that without your help.
